- Any increase in supplier charges, exchange rates, fuel surcharges, government taxes, airline fees, or operational costs prior to final confirmation shall be payable by the client.
- City tax, tourism tax, resort fees, environmental tax, accommodation tax, or any mandatory local government charges are not included unless specifically mentioned in writing and must be paid directly by guests where applicable.
- Amendments, modifications, postponements, or cancellations are subject to supplier policies and may attract additional charges.
- No refunds shall be provided for partially used services, unused inclusions, voluntary changes, missed departures, or no-show bookings.
Third-Party Supplier Responsibility
Trend Holidays acts solely as an intermediary between the client and independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to:
- Airlines
- Hotels
- Cruise operators
- Transport providers
- Rail operators
- Visa service providers

- Local guides and activity organisers
Trend Holidays does not own, operate, manage, or directly control any third-party supplier services included within any travel package or booking arrangement.
All transportation, accommodation, tours, and travel services are subject to the individual supplier's own terms, conditions, operational policies, and limitations.
Limitation of Liability

- Amendments, cancellations, or modifications remain strictly subject to supplier policies.
- Certain airline tickets, promotional fares, discounted hotel rates, visas, attraction tickets, train passes, cruises, and special offers may be fully non-refundable once confirmed.
- Refund processing times depend entirely on the relevant supplier and financial institution procedures.
- Trend Holidays shall not be liable for delays in supplier refund processing.
Force Majeure

Trend Holidays shall not be held responsible for denied boarding, refused visas, immigration refusal, missed flights, or losses resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
