Travel Companion Service

As part of our Premium Services, Trend Holidays offers a Travel Companion arrangement designed to provide additional comfort, confidence, and support throughout your journey. If you require assistance while travelling, you may request a Travel Companion who can accompany you during your trip and help make your travel experience smoother and more enjoyable.

A Travel Companion may provide general travel assistance, companionship, local guidance, support with navigation, and help you understand your travel arrangements. However, a Travel Companion is not a porter and is not responsible for carrying your personal belongings, luggage, or valuables. Clients remain responsible for their own possessions at all times.

Trend Holidays acts solely as a travel consultant and facilitator to help arrange a suitable Travel Companion based on your requirements. Travel Companions are independent individuals or third-party service providers and are not employees, agents, representatives, or contractors of Trend Holidays. Therefore, Trend Holidays does not accept responsibility or liability for any personal arrangements, interactions, disputes, misunderstandings, losses, damages, or incidents that may occur between the client and the Travel Companion.

Under applicable UK law, Trend Holidays cannot be held responsible for the actions, conduct, or personal relationship between the client and the Travel Companion, as the Travel Companion is not employed or controlled by Trend Holidays. The client and the Travel Companion are expected to maintain mutual respect, professionalism, appropriate behaviour, and clear communication throughout the arrangement.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the Travel Companion is treated fairly and respectfully, and Travel Companions are expected to provide their services in a professional and courteous manner. Any additional agreements, expectations, payments, or arrangements made directly between the client and the Travel Companion remain solely between those parties.

By requesting and using the Travel Companion service, you acknowledge and agree that Trend Holidays is providing only an introduction and arrangement service to support your travel experience and does not assume responsibility for the independent actions or obligations of the Travel Companion.
