Travel Companion Opportunities
Trend Holidays also welcomes applications from individuals interested in becoming Travel Companions. Travel Companion opportunities are offered on a registration and service-provider basis and do not constitute employment, agency employment, partnership or any guaranteed work arrangement with Trend Holidays.
Applicants must be registered members of Trend Holidays and meet our required standards, including relevant experience, professionalism, communication skills, multilingual ability where applicable, and the ability to travel safely and independently.
Applicant Responsibilities
Travel Companions must confirm that they are physically fit and able to undertake travel-related activities. Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their suitability, availability and ability to provide travel support services.
Trend Holidays may request appropriate verification checks, references, identity checks, background checks or other reasonable assessments before approving any applicant.
Profile Publication
Successful applicants who meet Trend Holidays' requirements may have their professional profile and service details published on our website or other approved platforms. Publication of a profile does not guarantee bookings, income, assignments or customer requests. Customers may choose to request a Travel Companion service based on their individual requirements, preferences and availability.
Our Discretion
Trend Holidays retains full discretion and final authority regarding the approval, selection and organisation of all travel-related services. We reserve the right to accept, decline or withdraw any application, profile or service arrangement where we consider it necessary to protect customer safety, service quality, business standards or operational requirements.
Terms and Legal Obligations
All Travel Companion services are subject to Trend Holidays' terms, conditions, policies and verification procedures. By applying, applicants acknowledge that registration does not create an employment relationship with Trend Holidays and that they remain responsible for complying with all applicable legal, tax, insurance and professional obligations relevant to their services.
