Abad Copper Castle is built into a forested hillside about two kilometres from Munnar town, at an elevation of some 1,600 metres. The buildings step down the slope in tiers so that guest balconies, verandah walkways and garden terraces all look out over the ravine towards the Kannandevan Hills and the tea slopes beyond.
Accommodation is arranged as Superior Rooms and Balcony View Rooms, the latter with a private balcony facing the scenery. The Copper Castle Restaurant serves multi-cuisine meals, the Revival Ayurvedic Centre offers treatments, and an 850 sq. ft. banquet hall seating up to 100 guests handles conferences, workshops, reunions, high-tea events and training sessions.

The multi-cuisine Copper Castle Restaurant runs along the valley side of the building, its window wall looking straight onto the tea slopes. Buffet breakfast, Kerala and Indian dishes and continental staples are served under a copper-lit pitched timber roof.
